Service

Static website hosting:

• Starter: 1 MB at ₹99/year (USD $1.25 excl. taxes)
• Pro: 2 MB at ₹199/year (USD $2.50 excl. taxes)
• Custom design: ₹199 (USD $2.50), 7-day turnaround

Limitations

Static websites only. Not permitted:

• Server-side scripting (PHP, Python, Node.js)
• Database applications
• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Malware or malicious code
• Copyright infringement

Payment

Annual subscriptions paid in advance via PayPal (international) or IMPS (India). No refunds due to low pricing and immediate activation.

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Not liable for scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure.

Content

You are responsible for all hosted content. Must comply with laws and not violate intellectual property.

Suspension

We may suspend service immediately if: terms violated, illegal content, storage exceeded, payment failed.

Support

Starter: 48h response. Pro: 24h priority response. Via email and WhatsApp.

Liability

Total liability limited to amount paid in past 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Privacy

Minimal data collection (name, email, payment). Not sold or shared. Google Analytics used.

Governing Law

Laws of India apply. Disputes subject to Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
